Richard Dolan gives an overview of his newly published second book, in his trilogy. Richard discusses many issues in this new work, including the German Saucers, and many other important topics. He discusses Gary McKinnon, who will be featured in the 3rd book, and Alternative 3 and the Russian, ET and US bases on the far side of the moon.
