It APPEARS that this thunderstorm is ejecting suspended oil particles intp an upper level wind. I've seen several of these storms in Florida in the past two weeks. It seems so far that the only storms that display this phenomenon are moving from west to east. Is it raining oil in FLorida? This video was captured on June 17, 2010 looking west from Vero Beach, Florida, which is on the east coast about 2 hours north of Miami.
