Lima, 13 August 2009 .- A pair of unidentified flying objects were observed by hundreds of people today in Tacna, on the border with Chile, but local authorities have clarified the origin of the phenomenon.

Make sure you know how to use your camera (and your cell phone video/photo camera) quickly and properly. These events can occur suddenly, unexpectedly, and often quite randomly, so you will need to be prepared.
