The Genesis of Man

Once upon a time man came into being. As a later creation, man arrived in a space that had already been set up for him. Light had been separated from dark, the oceans had been separated from each other and were teeming with life. There was also dry land and many animals (which needed naming). But man only really knew of the garden. This is where he lived with his Creator, who he called God.

God did not want his creation, who we shall call Adam, to be lonely so one day he took a rib from the man when he was sleeping. Out of this rib he created a female version of the man – Eve. This man and woman lived happily in the garden until until one day the woman disobeyed God and enticed the man to do the same. They ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

God cast the man and the woman out from the garden into the desert of the world where they would be forced to live mortal lives and bear many children, who would help them produce sustenance for them. One of their sons grew vegetables and the other kept meat. God seemed to favor sacrificing one over the other. Cain killed Able. Cain was then cursed to live amongst the primitive people of the world. A third son, Seth, was born and took the place of Adam’s favorite son. All in all, Adam and Eve produced 33 sons and 23 daughters. Sound like a lot? These people still had much of God’s divinity back in those days and lived incredibly long lives, living close to 1,000 years.

Struggle and hardship ensued as man multiplied with woman and they were forced to compete for limited resources with each other in a harsh world. There are briefly great triumphs from time to time as the descendants of God attempt to create a better world for themselves. But their creations always seemed to fall apart in time. Some attribute this phenomenon to evil and they wage war against it. They pray to God, trying to reach communion with him so that they might receive guidance and power.

You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me, and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments. – Exodus 20:1-6

This God has been worshiped by the main religions of the West for thousands of years. The “Jews” believe that the importance of Genesis is the heritage linking them to their Creator, which will ensure they will eventually reach the Promised Land.

I attended Catholic mass for most of young life. Although I turned away from Catholicism soon after confirmation, I was heavily influenced by the stories of the Bible. And not only did my ears hear the words, my eyes took in all of the incredible images of bearded Jesus bleeding up on the cross, the saints with the halos around their heads, and the stories of the beautiful mother of God. I saw that although there can be incredible pain and injustice in this world, there is something great beyond it, available to those who know God.

Theosophy

Often demonized by the powers that be, the original Theosophical Society was founded by in 1875 with the following mission:

• First — To form a nucleus of the Universal Brotherhood of Humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or color.
• Second — To encourage the study of Comparative Religion, Philosophy, and Science.
• Third — To investigate the unexplained laws of Nature and the powers latent in man.

The Genus of Man

The above diagram could imply descent, but it could also just be man’s best estimation at organizing the life around him.

The genus of man is Homo. The Homo sapien is believed by some to be the only Homo left in existence. Man’s close relatives have either been killed off or died off in one of the various calamities.

It appears the genus closest to man is Pan. Chimpanzees are part of this group, but could it be that there is something more to the story?

Pan

Pan in Greek religion and mythology, is the companion of the nymphs, god of shepherds and flocks, of mountain wilds, hunting and rustic music. His name originates within the Greek language, from the word paein, meaning “to pasture”. He has the hindquarters, legs, and horns of a goat, in the same manner as a faun.. The ancient Greeks also considered Pan to be the god of theatrical criticism. (Wikipedia)

Could this have anything to do with man naming his favorite cooking device a pan? paein also looks a lot like pain. Pan is also bread in Spanish. It could even have something to do with pants. But that’s all just wordplay..

The Polish word for “Lord” is Pan.

The Chinese have a similar story involving Pangu. Out of the formless Chaos he came to create the entire world we know today. After the eighteen thousand years had elapsed, Pangu was laid to rest. His breath became the wind; his voice the thunder; left eye the sun and right eye the moon; his body became the mountains and extremes of the world; his blood formed rivers; his muscles the fertile lands; his facial hair the stars and milky way; his fur the bushes and forests; his bones the valuable minerals; his bone marrows sacred diamonds; his sweat fell as rain; and the fleas on his fur carried by the wind became human beings all over the world. I find the story of Pangu to be a great summation of PandeismPanentheism tries to synthesize these viewpoints: a belief system which posits that God exists and interpenetrates every part of nature, and timelessly extends beyond as well. (duh), which concludes that the whole material world is made of God, and that perhaps no God exists above this. Pandeism is usually seen as conflicting with the viewpoint of transcendence, which seems to suggest that the material world is fundamentally flawed and that the nature of God can only be achieved through enlightenment.

A genius is usually considered to be someone that possesses abilities far outside of the mean of his species. There are various forms of intelligence and intuition and a genius can be limited to a certain set of skills, but the most incredible geniuses have the will and ability to be good at many things without having to focus on just one.

Although women can excel in many of the same area as men, it seems that geniuses are more often than not men.

I do not mean to imply the superiority of men. Not only do men and women have the same average level of intelligence, but there are a whole lot more dumb men than there are dumb women. This brings me to the dense part of this discussion..

It seems that the thicker part of the bell curve has been reproducing at a faster rate than the geniuses (those at least 3 standard deviations away from the mean).

As an aside, I am not surprised that I don’t get many mean comments on my articles even though I deal with very touchy subjects. This means that you, my audience, are a highly sophisticated crowd.

The Genes of Man

We are only recently said to have learned about the mechanisms by which inheritable characteristics are transmitted from one generation to the next. But could it could be that certain groups or races have known about this information for quite some time? Maybe some didn’t know the entire biochemistry of it, but they understood the fundamentals of breeding life..

If you can do it with dogs, then why not humans? Why not apply this knowledge to the human species so as to create the best breeds of man, right?

We’ve seen many genocides in the 20th century. People of all colors died in large numbers during the 20th century. They continue to do so to this day. This usually involves one race determining that their distant cousins are inhabiting their original homeland. There are also more humane eugenics operations, such as forced sterilization. And yet the population on this planet continues to explode.

Angels & Demons

Over the last few thousand years there has been much argument as to the hierarchy of the angels that exist under God. It has often been asserted that humans are somewhere in the middle of this pyramid, with angels being above and demons below.

These are the spiritual beings that are said to have been created before man. They are often attributed with great powers and knowledge.

The Bible tells that some of these creatures mated with the daughters of man, causing the birth of the Nephilim. This means that even if they are closer to God and comprised of light, they are still physical beings capable of reproduction with the women of earth. This could have caused our descent from grace.

The misconception of 330 million devas is commonly objected by Hindu scholars. The description of 33 koti (10 million, crore in Hindi) devas is a misunderstanding. The word koti in Sanskrit translates to ‘type’ and not ‘10 million’. So the actual translation is 33 types and not 330 million devas. Ishvara as a personal form of God is worshiped and not the 33 devas. The concept of 33 devas (gods) is perhaps related to the geometry of the universe.

33 different types of God? 33 different levels of Freemasonry? This might not be so surprising as it seems the Aryans brought the vedas, along with most aspects of the Hindu religion, to India.

Smashing Pumpkins – Thirty-Three

Interestingly enough, angels are usually portrayed with the best armor in order to deal out the justice of God. But recently there have been a series of movies that shows angels rebelling against God and fighting amongst each other. Constantine and Legion both feature Gabriel as a force of evil, as an angel that has turned its back upon God and humans. Dogma has the angels Loki and Bartleby dealing out their own justice against humans whilst on a mission to return to heaven. They also kill people for worshiping a golden calf. In their quest to return to grace, they are aided by the devil.

But things get flipped sometimes..

Lucifer

(Le Genie du mal – The Genius of Evil)

The story goes that an angel of incredible beauty and power broke free from the Kingdom of God and established his rule over the worldly realms. Often termed Lucifer, this angel is said to have convinced 1/3 (.33) of the angels in heaven to rebel with him against the remaining 2/3 (.666). In some legends, when Lucifer fell from grace he also forgot his divine origins. Lucifer is often associated with the devil and depicted much like Pan.

Lucifer is also associated with Prometheus, the Titanic brother of Atlas, who stole fire from the Gods and gave it to mortal men. This made him a hero to humans and a bane to the entities that wish to rule over them. For his actions, Zeus sentenced Prometheus to be bound to a cliff and have his liver pecked out by an eagle every day. As retaliation for this act, Zeus removed the means of life from mortals so that they would have to work tirelessly and needlessly to sustain themselves and he also commissioned Hephaestus, the God of technology, to create Pandora out of clay. Pandora was then given as a gift to Epimetheus, the brother of Prometheus. She unknowingly releases a world of sorrow upon humankind through the opening of her jar (or box). Hesiod writes, “From her is the race of women and female kind.”

Prometheus is eventually freed by Heracles, the legendary offspring of Zeus and a mortal woman.

The Genies of Man

The djinn of Islam are seen mainly as malevolent creatures, but genies of today have been seen more sympathetically (think Aladdin or I Dream of..). The genie is a spirit that gets released when a magic lamp is rubbed. There are some deep, sexual undertones tones to this story, but let’s get back to the subject at hand..

The story is that if you summon a genie you can have anything you wish for. The problem is that people often make requests that come with negative consequences. If you say you want to have a million pounds of gold, that gold is necessarily taken from someone else, as that genie is not going to create the gold himself. Some might say karma is a bitch, but others contend that justice needs to be delivered to those that do not use the spirit wisely. How else are people to learn and improve?

In Roman mythology, every place, person, and force had a divine aspect. Any person known to be wielding this power was known as a genius.

Daemons

In the parallel dimension of the Golden Compass, humans live side-by-side with the physical representations of their souls – their daemons. These daemons take the form of animals that can change shape when their human counterparts are young but become stuck as one form as the human ages. The governmental/scientific/religious body of the day forbade the mention of other dimensions or the “dust” that connects them. In order to further sever humans from their divine origin, they evil faction experiments with an electrical procedure that completely disconnects children from their daemons, in their version of electro-shock.

Daemons are thought of as beings that exist somewhere between the world of humans and the realm of the gods. Many of these daemons were believed to actually be beneficial to humans, giving them divine inspiration, knowledge, and other sorts of gifts.

Daemons (DArk Electric Matter Objects) are (presumably) electrically charged elementary Planck black holes (Planck particles) comprising the Dark Matter (DM) of the Universe and galaxies, including our Milky Way.

So daemons could literally be all around us and we would never know.

Set was the god of darkness, chaos, deserts, storms, and foreign forces in Egyptian mythology. Set is usually represented by an animal and is something of a mysterious god.

Set is the older brother of Osiris who is viewed as a bringer of civilization, a wise king, and husband of his sister Isis. Set killed Osiris and then dismembered him so that he would not regenerate. Osiris goes on to be king of the Underworld where he reigns over deserving souls. Isis conceives Osiris’s son, Horus (sun), out of his corpse. This goes on to set up the dialectic war between the forces of light and darkness that have been passed down to us through the ages.

Set was represented in a scepter, known as a was, that was carried by the pharaohs and gods. The scepter represents control over the power of chaos and the symbol for it looks much like the number 1.

Set is spelled in Greek as Σήθ (or Seth). You could look at the spelling as relating to the One, Eon, Neo, and Enoch. This Egyptian god is also related to Seth, the third son after Cain and Abel, whose direct descendant is Noah, making Seth the father of all mankind.. or at least the race discussed in the Bible.

Although Set was demonized by political factions over the years (think Sith), small groups of individuals kept up the worship of this god, specifically at Avaris. Set’s influence has made its way down through the years into the language of today, even if it is only recognized by those in the correct mindset. In computer science a set is an “abstract data structure that can store certain values, without any particular order, and no repeated values.” (wikipedia) In general, a set is a collection of objects.

Although I was once a lighting designer, I found there to much more creativity and freedom in set design.

Phi

The Fibonacci sequence is recursive, meaning that every number builds upon the numbers that came before, and in this case involves adding the two previous numbers. The sequences begins 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21..

This ratio can be found in certain geometrical figures..

Stars within stars within stars. As it goes: as above, so below. This symbol is used to market almost anything under the sun (U.S. Army, Macy’s, Heineken, magic, the devil).

This ratio allows for the perfect sharing of space and can also be found in the life forms of this world..

As well as in the human being..

And also up in the stars..

Many artists have emulated this natural ratio in their artwork. It seems to be a favorite of creation.

It turns out that our DNA is a molecule that exhibits three magical ratios: Phi, Pi, and e. This information, and much more, can be found in the work of Dan Winter – The Purpose of DNA. Thanks to a commenter for bringing this work to my attention. Dan Winter does an excellent job explaining the mathematics of life and why these ratios exist as they do. He asserts that when we experience bliss, our hearts create sonic waves that activate DNA, causing it to unfold, and allowing for us to travel through the zero point.

At this point we connect with our divine nature – the source of all life. The God without becomes the God within. Car-dio is literally the chariot of God.

But if the structure of DNA is altered, this essential feature becomes corrupted and incapable of functioning correctly. This may be the fall of man that is discussed in the Bible. It could have been caused by genetic manipulation by alien forces, dietary changes (literally eating the fruit of the wrong tree), or by some other catastrophic event that caused a shake-up in man. But this process of degradation has been continuing through the years by means of mind controlling doctrine, modified food, and the soon-to-be designer babies.

It’s as if a vampiric force has been creating a slave race that can be harvested and used to sustain the life of those who can know long create their own energy. Dan Winters suggest that the Annunaki are responsible for creating the human race and used them to mine the gold of this planet, which they turn into a powder that they use to ignite their spirit. Although this provides them with long life and telepathic ability, they have no individuality as they became addicted to an external source of phire. This is the literal interpretation of buying the stairway to heaven.

The Warning

We have been given many warnings as to what happens to those who lack wisdom. One of these stories involves a man who flew too close to the sun and then fell back to earth.

To tell the story of Icarus, I must first begin with King Minos (minus), who ruled over Crete. He angered Poseidon, one thing led to the next, and his wife ended up impregnated by a bull. This produced the Minotaur. Minos employs the great inventor Daedalus to create a labyrinth in which to hide the monstrosity (mentioned in Tears in Space). Because Daedalus knew of these terrible things, he was imprisoned along with his son Icarus and the bull-man. In order to escape, Daedalus fashioned two pairs of wings for himself and his son. Because of the exhilaration he felt during flight, Icarus did not listen to his father’s warnings and flew too close to the sun, melting the wax of his wings and sending him hurtling back to earth. Some thinkers and historians believe that this is the first recorded usage of sails to catch the wind and soar across the ocean, but I believe the idea is still the same.

Radiohead – There There

Some gods demand your worship or else they will cause you great harm and withhold their gifts. Others don’t seem to trouble themselves much with humans, but still cause great destruction to humanity through their tumultuous nature. This leads some people to turn away from the whole realm of “out there” completely and hide in the darkness..

H.P Lovecraft – The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

Carl Jung suggested that the shadow self contains the aspects of ourselves that we do not like very much. Because we cannot come to terms with these parts of ourselves, we repress them and the shadow becomes darker, causing us to dissociate the shadow from ourselves. A person that has not come to terms with the shadow will likely project all the vile things contained in the material out into the world, never understanding the root cause of this “evil” trickster.

One tries to re-connect with the shadow, but it can be difficult. It is hard to admit the terrible things we can sometimes think and feel about creation, especially when it is in regards to our own creative efforts. But Jung also suggests, “in spite of its function as a reservoir for human darkness—or perhaps because of this—the shadow is the seat of creativity.”

The Muse of Light

In Greek mythology, poetry, and literature are the goddesses or spirits who inspire the creation of literature and the arts. They were considered the source of the knowledge, related orally for centuries in the ancient culture, that was contained in poetic lyrics and myths. Originally said to be three in number, by the Classical times of the 400s BC, their number had grown and become set at nine goddesses who embody the arts and inspire the creation process with their graces through remembered and improvised song and stage, writing, traditional music, and dance. The muses sometimes appear in mythology both before and after Zeus, leading me to believe there was more than one generation of these beautiful creatures..

Philosophy actually means “love of Sophia,” who is a female deity that plays a great role in many schools of religious thought. In Gnosticism, Sophia (Sapienta in Latin) is regarded as the feminine aspect of God who falls from grace and gives birth to a son known as the demiurge. This son goes on to create the material world and places himself as the Creator, never realizing that he had been created by forces greater than himself. Some believe that although this god is not perfect, he still means well and loves his creation despite its imperfections, which are only reflections of himself. It could be that this is what happens when light is filtered through material or encapsulated within it.

Muse – Starlight

The owl is also representative of wisdom, and a symbol that certain creators of reality have used for quite some time. In Greek mythology, the owl is symbolic of Athena (Minerva for Romans). The myth of Athena recounts that her mother was a Titan known as Metis (wisdom) who was “taken” by Zeus, then becoming pregnant. Zeus decided to swallow Metis whole so that her offspring would not surpass him as a prophecy had foretold. Metis nurtured her child from within Zeus. Athena was born out of the forehead of Zeus fully armed with the gifts of her mother.

Buddhism is non-theistic; Gautama Buddha taught that there was no creator god and believed the more important issue was to bring beings out of suffering to liberation.. the Buddha did teach that some celestial devas believe themselves through delusions to be eternal, omnipotent, omniscient and the creator of all that is.. The Bull

Ka in Egyptian means “life-force” as well as “bull.” Doing the bull dance, feeling the flow.

Zeus, being a polygamist God, took many mates and spread his “divine” seed across the earth. In one instance, Zeus disguised himself as a sacred bull to steal Europa from Phoenicia. Europa then bore the children of Zeus who would go on to populate the continent of Europe. One of these children was King Minos.

The bull has often been demonized, but it still seems to come through as a noble creature. It plays an important role in Hinduism as the animal conduit of the Creator/Destroyer Shiva, Nandi: When the positive forces, the devas, and the negative forces, the asuras, joined together on a rare occasion to churn the ocean with a mountain to obtain the nectar of immortality they utilized Vasuki, the serpent, as the rope. The devas pulled from one end and the asuras from the other. Vasuki was upset during the process of this churning, and vomited up a poison- Halaahalaa- which became human karma. This “poison” was so dangerous that none of the devas or asuras wanted to go near it. It was extremely sticky and coming into contact with this poison, i.e, human karma, would drag the divinity down to the realms of human suffering and ego. As everyone else ran away, Lord Siva, followed by Nandi, came forward to help as he was the only one who could counteract this deadly poison. Siva took the poison into his hand and drank it, the descent of the poison was in turn stopped at His throat, by His divine consort. Siva is therefore also known as the blue-throated One (Neelakantha) and Vishakantha (the One bearing poison in His throat). Nandi saw some of the poison spill out of Siva’s mouth and immediately drank if off the ground. The devas and asuras watching were shocked and wondered aloud what would happen to Nandi. Lord Siva calmed their fears saying, “Nandi has surrendered into me so completely that he has all my powers and my protection”. (Wikipedia)

Christ is sent to bring the light of Sophia back to the full glory of God. He then sets about rescuing men from the material world through the use of gnosis (know Isis) so that they might safely return to the spirit world. He is sent to do his job with..

The Word

The great writer Philip K. Dick once remarked, We appear to be memory coils (DNA carriers capable of experience) in a computer-like thinking system which, although we have correctly recorded and stored thousands of years of experiential information, and each of us possesses somewhat different deposits from all the other life forms, there is a malfunction – a failure – of memory retrieval.

DNA is structured like language, having the equivalent to letters, words, phrases, paragraphs, chapters, and books. Russian DNA Discoveries explains some of these points and discusses how our DNA, even the “junk” parts, energetically store data and communicate information throughout the body. This implication is that language in entangled with our genetic structure, meaning we can re-program DNA through our words and thoughts.

The amazing thing is that there is a force that knows the language of DNA. Using syntax this force is able to correct errors and omissions within the code, allowing us to tell a much better story.

To the Hindu, for example, God didn’t create the universe, but God became the universe. Then he forgot that he became the universe. Why would God do this? Basically, for entertainment. You create a universe, and that in itself is very exciting. But then what? Should you sit back and watch this universe of yours having all the fun? No, you should have all the fun yourself. To accomplish this, God transformed into the whole universe. God is the Universe, and everything in it. But the universe doesn’t know that because that would ruin the suspense. The universe is God’s great drama, and God is the stage, the actors, and the audience all at once. The title of this epic drama is “The Great Unknown Outcome.” Throw in potent elements like passion, love, hate, good, evil, free will; and who knows what will happen? No one knows, and that is what keeps the universe interesting. But everyone will have a good time. And there is never really any danger, because everyone is really God, and God is really just playing around. – Warren Sharpe

The Vedasara Shivastotram says, “It is you from whom this universe of forms emerges, and it is you within whom it stays. It is you in whom it finally disappears”.

The Reunion

Anytime one performs an act of creation, one must sacrifice a bit of himself into that creation in order to give it life. When I write these articles, I put my time, energy, and lifeforce into the organization of the chaotic material around me. And although I am connected to this material, it is not mine.. it is ours. I am building upon the work of many geniuses that have come before me and I leave these words for the geniuses that will come after me.

Creation is not evil. It just works out better if you bring love and wisdom to it. Be good creators. It is a special gift. You are the stars of this story.
